1. Represent the Balenciaga brand to clients, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
2. Guide clients through the buying journey, from collection discovery to product selection and post-purchase services.
3. Support store management in achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
4. Present collections in alignment with brand standards, maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
5. Assist with returns, exchanges, and other customer service inquiries.

1. Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
2. Strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry and Balenciaga's brand ethos.
3. Ability to achieve sales targets and contribute to team success.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous.
3. Strong sales acumen and customer service orientation.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is required.

A degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field is preferred.
