- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.

- Provide insightful feedback regarding clients to the Management Team.
- Collaborate with the stock team to ensure product availability.
- Stay informed on market trends and the business environment.

- Maintain visual merchandising standards and execute product presentation guidelines.

- Perform front-of-house and back-of-house duties, including processing transactions and managing deliveries.
- Support after-sales services, ensuring adherence to omnichannel policies.
- Successful completion of Balenciaga onboarding and Omnichannel Client Journey training (for internal candidates).
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience (for external candidates).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in client relationship management.
- Knowledge of market and fashion trends.
- Competence in handling retail operations and transactions.
