1. Previous experience with an international brand; sales experience is an advantage.
2. Strong sensitivity and discernment towards brands, apparel, and fashion trends.
3. Demonstrated sense of responsibility and team collaboration.
4. Ability to work under pressure in a challenging environment.
5. Excellent communication, client relationship management, and interpersonal skills.
6. Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English.
7. Competency in MS Office and other computer applications.
