- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Address and report client requests and complaints to management.
- Provide high-quality feedback on clients to the management team.
- Collaborate with stock team to ensure product availability.
- Stay informed on market and fashion trends.
- Inspire clients by embodying Balenciaga's values.
- Ensure seamless execution of the omnichannel client journey.
- Present Balenciaga's collections with a storytelling approach.
- Offer personalized advice and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Create and update client portfolios and engage in long-term client relationships.
- Process client transactions and promote omnichannel services.
- Receive and process store deliveries and shipments.
- Contribute to front and back of house operations.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience.
- Proficiency in digital and IT skills, including MS Office.
- Strong product sensitivity and market knowledge.
- Excellent listening abilities.
- Adaptability and natural curiosity.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure.
- Commitment to maintaining a positive work environment.
A minimum of 2 years in a relevant sales role, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
The hourly wage ranges from $18.00 to $22.00 USD, depending on various factors including location and experience.
