1. Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
2. Address and report client requests and complaints to management.
3. Provide high-quality feedback regarding clients to management.
4. Collaborate with the stock team to ensure product availability.
5. Stay informed on market trends and the business environment.
6. Inspire clients by embodying Balenciaga's brand values.
7. Ensure seamless execution of the omnichannel client journey.
8. Present Balenciaga's collections with a storytelling approach.
9. Provide tailored advice to clients, listening to their expectations.
10. Maintain visual merchandising standards and product presentation.
11. Ensure client satisfaction by upholding Balenciaga's service standards.
12. Create and update client portfolios using the Luce app.
13. Build authentic, long-term client relationships.
14. Process client transactions and promote omnichannel services.
15. Receive and process store deliveries and shipments.
16. Contribute to stock control and inventory processes.
17. Facilitate teamwork and assist colleagues in achieving goals.
18. Participate in sustainability initiatives.

1. Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience.

1. Proficiency in digital and IT skills, including MS Office.
2. Strong product sensitivity and market knowledge.
3. Excellent listening and communication skills.
4. Adaptability, reactivity, and a natural curiosity.
5. Ability to multitask and handle pressure.
6. Commitment to maintaining a positive work environment.

Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.

The estimated hourly range for this position is $21.00 USD to $23.00 USD, depending on experience and location.
