- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs through effective sales techniques.
- Act as a host to customers, fostering and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
- Replenish stock and ensure high standards of merchandise presentation and quality control.
- Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to visual merchandising standards.
- Support compliance with all store processes and follow-up procedures.
- Experience in a multinational brand environment, preferably in a related field.
- Strong fashion sense and knowledge of current fashion trends.
- Demonstrated responsibility and team spirit.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
- Competency in PC skills, including MS Office and other digital tools.
