1. Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
2. Perform opening and closing procedures in alignment with company policies.
3. Organize and maintain the stockroom for efficient merchandise access.
4. Assist in overseeing daily store operations and personnel management.
5. Maintain effective communication with all departments and staff.
6. Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
7. Implement and enforce store operations manual and sustainability policies.
8. Manage inventory, shrinkage, and loss prevention strategies.
9. Ensure cash registers and safe are functioning properly with accurate cash handling.
10. Assist with visual merchandising and display implementation.
11. Oversee store maintenance, including cleaning and upkeep of fixtures and supplies.

1. 3+ years of experience in a similar role within retail or fashion industries.
2. Proven ability to drive sales and exceed individual and store goals.
3. Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
4. Strategic vision and high personal performance standards.

2. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

4. Proficiency in visual merchandising techniques.

A minimum of three years in a comparable position within the retail or fashion sector is required, demonstrating a track record of achieving sales goals and managing store operations.

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $21.00 to $23.00 USD, depending on experience and geographic location.
