- Contribute to stock control and inventory management.

- Successful completion of Balenciaga onboarding and training programs (internal candidates).
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Sales Associate (internal candidates).
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience (external candidates).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in client relationship management.
- Knowledge of luxury fashion trends and market dynamics.
- Competence in handling sales transactions and inventory management.
A minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience is required for external candidates, while internal candidates should have at least 1 year of experience as a Sales Associate.
