- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Address and report client requests and complaints to management.
- Collaborate with stock team to ensure product availability.
- Stay informed about market trends and business environment.
- Inspire clients by embodying Balenciaga's values and behaviors.
- Ensure seamless execution of the omnichannel client journey.
- Present Balenciaga's collections with a storytelling approach.
- Provide personalized advice and maintain high client satisfaction.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and product presentation.
- Build and update client portfolios using the Luce app.
- Engage clients to build long-term relationships.
- Support teamwork and contribute to sustainability goals.
- Perform front-of-house and back-of-house duties.
- Process client transactions and promote omnichannel services.
- Receive, process, and organize store deliveries and shipments.
- Contribute to stock control and inventory management.
- Support after-sales services and provide feedback to management.
- Successful completion of Balenciaga onboarding and Omnichannel Client Journey training (if internal).
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience (if external).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in handling client transactions and store operations.
- Knowledge of luxury fashion and market trends.
- Customer service excellence and client relationship management.
A minimum of 1 year as a Sales Associate within Balenciaga or 2 years of relevant sales experience externally.
