- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Address and report client requests and complaints to management.
- Collaborate with stock team to ensure product availability.
- Stay informed on market trends and business environment.
- Inspire clients by embodying Balenciaga's values and behaviors.
- Ensure seamless execution of the omnichannel client journey.
- Present Balenciaga's collections with a storytelling approach.
- Provide personalized advice and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Create and update client portfolios using the Luce app.
- Build authentic, long-term client relationships.
- Execute product presentation and maintain display organization.
- Perform front-of-house activities and key back-of-house duties.
- Process client transactions and promote omnichannel services.
- Receive and process store deliveries and shipments.
- Support after-sales services and provide feedback to management.
- Successful completion of Balenciaga onboarding and Omnichannel Client Journey training (for internal candidates).
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience (for external candidates).
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Service-oriented and collaborative approach.
- Proficiency in client relationship management.
- Ability to execute retail excellence processes.
- Knowledge of market and fashion trends.
