- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Address client requests and complaints, providing feedback to management.
- Collaborate with stock team to ensure product availability.
- Stay informed on market and fashion trends.

- Ensure seamless execution of the omnichannel client journey.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in client relationship management.
- Knowledge of luxury fashion trends and market dynamics.
- Competence in handling transactions and stock management.
