Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Handle client requests and complaints, reporting to the Management Team.
- Provide feedback on clients to the Management Team.
- Collaborate with the stock team to ensure product availability.
- Stay informed on market and fashion trends.
- Inspire clients by embodying Balenciaga behaviors.
- Ensure seamless execution of the omnichannel client journey.
- Present Balenciaga collections with a storytelling approach.
- Provide tailored advice and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Create and update the client portfolio using the Luce app.
- Build long-term client relationships.
- Follow HQ guidelines on client journey and loyalty programs.
- Maintain professionalism and facilitate teamwork.
- Participate in achieving sustainability goals.
- Perform FOH and BOH duties, including processing transactions and deliveries.
- Support after-sales policies and provide feedback to management.
