1. Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
2. Understand current products, trends, and collections to keep customers informed and engaged.
3. Replenish stock and uphold high standards of merchandise presentation.
4. Address customer complaints, seeking assistance when necessary, to ensure satisfactory resolution for both the customer and the company.
5. Stay updated on customer requirements and operational procedures.
6. Be aware of daily sales targets and employ effective sales techniques to achieve them.
7. Ensure adherence to company procedures and policies, executing tasks to the prescribed standards.
8. Maintain personal appearance and presentation in strict alignment with company standards.
9. Comply with Security and Health and Safety regulations.
10. Open and close the store as required by business needs, following company security protocols.
11. Perform additional duties within the defined scope of the Sales Consultant role.

1. Previous experience in a similar role.
2. Experience in a customer service position with direct customer interaction.

1. Ability to adapt to frequent changes and a high-pressure environment.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
3. Fluency in Spanish and English; proficiency in a third language is highly advantageous.
4. Motivated team player with a collaborative spirit.

Prior experience in a customer-facing role within the luxury retail sector is essential.
