1. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs using appropriate sales techniques.
2. Act as a host for customers, fostering strong customer relationships.
3. Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
4. Replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandise presentation and quality control.
5. Ensure store cleanliness and adherence to visual merchandising standards.
6. Support compliance with all store processes and follow-up procedures.

1. Prior experience in a multinational brand environment; related experience is advantageous.
2. Strong product and fashion sensitivity with knowledge of current fashion trends.
3. Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
4. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
6. Good PC skills, including MS Office and other digital tools.
