- Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
- Ensure the store is opened and closed in accordance with company protocols.
- Maintain an organized stockroom for efficient merchandise access.
- Assist management with daily store operations.
- Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
- Facilitate effective communication with all departments, colleagues, and staff.
- Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
- Implement and enforce store operations manual and suggest necessary updates.
- Adhere to and promote company sustainability policies.
- Minimize store shrinkage through effective operational execution.
- Ensure cash registers and safe are functioning properly and manage cash accuracy and bank deposits.
- Assist with visual display and merchandising implementation as per company standards.
- Communicate visual standards information to the team as required.
- Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of the store premises.
- Ensure fixtures, shelving, carpeting, lighting, and supplies are maintained to the highest standards.
- Maintain adequate levels of store supplies at all times.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or fashion.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales and achieving store goals.
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
- Strategic vision for business development and personal performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills for clear communication.
- Proficiency in visual merchandising and store operations.
A minimum of three years in a comparable position within the retail or fashion sectors is required.
