1. Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
2. Ensure the store is opened and closed in accordance with company protocols.
3. Maintain an organized stockroom for efficient merchandise access.
4. Assist management with daily store operations.
5. Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
6. Facilitate effective communication with all departments, colleagues, and staff.
7. Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
8. Implement and enforce store operations manual and suggest necessary updates.
9. Adhere to and promote company sustainability policies.
10. Minimize store shrinkage through effective operational execution.
11. Ensure cash registers and safe are functioning properly and manage cash accuracy and bank deposits.
12. Assist with visual display and merchandising implementation as per company standards.
13. Communicate visual standards information to the team as required.
14. Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of the store premises.
15. Ensure fixtures, shelving, carpeting, lighting, and supplies are maintained to the highest standards.
16. Maintain adequate levels of store supplies at all times.

1. 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or fashion.
2. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
3. Demonstrated success in driving sales and achieving store goals.
4. Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
5. Strategic vision for business development and personal performance.

A minimum of three years in a comparable position within the retail or fashion sectors is required.
