1. Achieve sales targets and drive store performance.
2. Manage opening and closing procedures of the store.
3. Organize and maintain the stockroom for efficient merchandise access.
4. Assist in overseeing daily store operations.
5. Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
6. Maintain effective communication with all departments and staff.
7. Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
8. Implement and enforce store operations manual and provide feedback for updates.
9. Adhere to and enforce sustainability policies locally and globally.
10. Partner with stock associates and operations managers to minimize store shrinkage.
11. Ensure cash registers and safes function properly and manage cash accuracy and deposits.
12. Assist with visual display and merchandising in line with company standards.
13. Communicate visual standards and updates to the team.
14. Oversee store maintenance, including cleaning and upkeep of fixtures and supplies.

1. 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or fashion.
2. Proven ability to exceed sales goals and drive results.
3. Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
4. Strategic vision for business development and personal performance.

2. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
3. Strong interpersonal skills for effective team communication.
4. Passion for the fashion industry.

A minimum of three years in a comparable role within retail or fashion sectors.
