1. Achieve sales goals
2. Open and close the store
3. Organize and maintain the stockroom for easy access to merchandise
4. Assist management in overseeing day-to-day store operations
5. Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management
6. Maintain effective communication with all departments, stores, colleagues, and staff
7. Handle customer complaints and feedback appropriately and timely
8. Support and enforce store operations manual and sustainability policies
9. Manage stock, inventory, and loss prevention
10. Ensure proper functioning of cash registers and safe
11. Assist with visual display and merchandising implementation
12. Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of the store

1. 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within retail or fashion companies

1. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
2. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
3. Proven ability to drive results in a selling role
4. Commercial awareness and strong business acumen
5. Strategic vision and high level of personal performance

3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within retail or fashion companies.
