- Achieve sales targets and drive store performance.
- Manage opening and closing procedures of the store.
- Organize and maintain the stockroom for efficient merchandise access.
- Assist in overseeing daily store operations.
- Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
- Maintain effective communication with all departments and staff.
- Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
- Implement and enforce store operations manual and provide feedback for updates.
- Adhere to and enforce sustainability policies locally and globally.
- Partner with stock associates and operations managers to minimize store shrinkage.
- Ensure cash registers and safes function properly and manage cash accuracy and deposits.
- Assist with visual display and merchandising in line with company standards.
- Communicate visual standards and updates to the team.
- Oversee store maintenance, including cleaning and upkeep of fixtures and supplies.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or fashion.
- Proven ability to exceed sales goals and drive results.
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
- Strategic vision for business development and personal performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective team communication.
- Passion for the fashion industry.
A minimum of three years in a comparable role within retail or fashion sectors.
