1. Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
2. Stay informed about current products, trends, and collections to educate and engage customers.
3. Replenish stock and uphold high standards of merchandise presentation.
4. Address customer complaints efficiently, ensuring satisfactory resolutions for both the customer and the company.
5. Stay updated with customer requirements and operational procedures.
6. Monitor daily sales targets and employ effective sales techniques to achieve them.
7. Adhere to company procedures and policies, ensuring work is conducted to the highest standards.
8. Maintain personal appearance and presentation in strict alignment with company standards.
9. Comply with Security and Health and Safety regulations.
10. Open and close the store as per business needs, following company security protocols.
11. Perform additional duties within the scope of the Sales Consultant role as required.

1. Previous experience in a similar role.
2. Experience in a customer service position with direct customer interaction.
3. Ability to adapt to frequent changes and high-pressure environments.
4. Proven ability to initiate contact and communication.
5. Motivated team player with a shared goal.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
2. Strong team player considerate of colleagues.
3. Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in a third language is highly advantageous.

Previous experience in a similar sales or customer service role is required.
