1. Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
2. Stay informed about current products, trends, and collections to educate customers.
3. Replenish stock and uphold high standards of merchandise presentation.
4. Address customer complaints effectively, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
5. Stay updated with customer requirements and store operating procedures.
6. Meet daily sales targets using appropriate sales techniques.
7. Adhere to company procedures and policies, ensuring compliance.
8. Maintain personal appearance in line with company standards.
9. Follow security and health and safety regulations.
10. Open and close the store as per business needs, adhering to security protocols.
11. Perform additional duties as required within the scope of the Sales Consultant role.

1. Previous experience in a similar role.
2. Experience in customer service with face-to-face interaction.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Fluency in a second language, with Mandarin or Russian being advantageous.

Prior experience in a customer-facing role within the luxury retail sector is required.
