- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
- Stay informed about current products, trends, and collections to ensure customers are well-informed.
- Replenish stock and uphold high standards of merchandise and product presentation.
- Handle customer complaints, seeking assistance when necessary, ensuring satisfactory resolution for both the customer and the company.
- Stay updated with customer requirements and operating procedures.
- Be aware of daily sales targets and employ appropriate sales techniques to achieve them.
- Ensure understanding and adherence to all procedures and policies, executing work according to these standards.
- Maintain personal appearance and presentation in strict alignment with company standards.
- Adhere to Security and Health and Safety regulations.
- Open and close the store according to business needs, in line with Company security rules.
- Perform additional duties within the defined levels of responsibility and accountability of the Sales Consultant role.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Experience in a customer service role with face-to-face customer contact.
- Ability to adapt to frequent change and a high-pressure environment.
- Ability to initiate contact and communication.
- Motivated by being a team player with a common goal.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- A strong team player and considerate of colleagues.
- Ability to speak fluently a second language, with Mandarin or Russian being highly advantageous.
Candidates must have prior experience in a similar sales or customer service role, with direct customer interaction.
