1. Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
2. Understand current products, trends, and collections to inform and engage customers.
3. Replenish stock and uphold high standards of merchandise presentation.
4. Handle customer complaints, seeking assistance when necessary to ensure resolution aligns with customer and company satisfaction.
5. Stay informed of customer requirements and operational procedures.
6. Be aware of daily sales targets and employ effective sales techniques to meet them.
7. Ensure adherence to company procedures and policies, maintaining work standards.
8. Maintain personal appearance and presentation in line with company standards.
9. Comply with security and health and safety regulations.
10. Open and close the store according to business needs and company security protocols.
11. Perform additional duties within the defined responsibilities of the Sales Consultant role.

1. Previous experience in a similar role.
2. Experience in a customer service role with direct customer interaction.

1. Ability to adapt to frequent change and high-pressure environments.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
3. Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
4. Motivated team player with a shared goal orientation.
