- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
- Understand current products, trends, and collections to inform and engage customers.
- Replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandise presentation.

- Previous experience in a similar sales role.
- Experience in customer service with face-to-face interaction.
- Ability to adapt to frequent change and high-pressure environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Spanish and English; a third language is advantageous.
