1. Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
2. Stay informed about current products, trends, and collections to ensure customers are well-informed.
3. Replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandise presentation.
4. Handle customer complaints effectively, ensuring resolution aligns with customer and company satisfaction.
5. Stay updated with customer requirements and operating procedures.
6. Monitor daily sales targets and utilize sales techniques to achieve them.
7. Adhere to company procedures and policies, ensuring work meets established standards.
8. Maintain personal appearance and presentation in line with company standards.
9. Comply with security and health and safety regulations.
10. Open and close the store as per business needs, following company security protocols.
11. Perform additional duties as required within the scope of the Sales Consultant role.

1. Previous experience in a similar sales role.
2. Experience in customer service with direct customer interaction.
3. Fluency in Spanish and English; a third language is advantageous.
4. Ability to adapt to frequent changes and high-pressure environments.
