1. Develop and maintain product knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
2. Understand current products, trends, and collections to inform and engage customers.
3. Replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandise presentation.
4. Handle customer complaints, ensuring resolution to the satisfaction of both the customer and the company.
5. Stay updated on customer requirements and operating procedures.
6. Be aware of daily sales targets and use appropriate sales techniques to meet them.
7. Ensure all procedures and policies are understood and followed.
8. Maintain personal appearance and presentation in line with company standards.
9. Adhere to security and health and safety regulations.
10. Open and close the store according to business needs and company security rules.
11. Perform additional duties within the defined levels of responsibility and accountability.

1. Previous experience in a similar role.
2. Experience in customer service with face-to-face customer contact.
3. Ability to adapt to frequent change and a high-pressure environment.
4. Motivated team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Fluency in Spanish and English; a third language is advantageous.

Previous experience in a similar sales or customer service role is required.
