1. Assist the RTW Product VIC/VIP Developer with special projects and orders.
2. Update information on PLM, including codification and bill of materials creation.
3. Manage launches and track shipments and receptions.
4. Maintain and update tracking tables for launches, trims and fabric purchases, and delivery schedules.
5. Coordinate with manufacturers to ensure timely production.
6. Receive, inspect prototypes, and coordinate necessary alterations.
7. Archive projects, prototypes, and documents on PLM.
8. Provide administrative and logistical support, including preparation of manufacturing charges and invoice tracking.
9. Support cross-functional projects and missions.
