Balenciaga RTW Sales Merchandiser

- Analyze product performance in showrooms and stores from both qualitative and quantitative perspectives to optimize collection performance.
- Participate in monthly reviews with Retail to assess product performance in stores.
- Define product assortment and make recommendations for Retail based on store typology, key looks, and global strategy.
- Contribute to the Retail buying process and order review, and place worldwide bulk orders.
- Collaborate with Collection Merchandising, Demand Planning, and the Commercial Department on in-store assortments.
- Design product launch strategies in collaboration with the Commercial Department and Demand Planning, including timings, quantities, and distribution.
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandising and Training teams to share key messages, strategies, and action plans for the product category.
- Define products for communication channels in collaboration with Retail Excellence and Communication, and coordinate with the supply chain for in-store setup.
- First experience in a Sales Merchandising or Buying role within retail.
- Dynamic and flexible with strong analytical abilities.
- Strong relationship-building capabilities and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with various departments.
- Sensitivity to product and brand identity.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Proficiency in Excel and comfort with numerical data.
A minimum of one year in a Sales Merchandising or Buying role within the retail sector is required.
