RTW Sales Merchandiser

1. Supervise the assortment and performance of RTW collections.
2. Analyze product performance in showrooms and stores both qualitatively and quantitatively.
3. Participate in monthly reviews with Retail to assess product performance.
4. Define product assortment and make recommendations based on store typology and global strategy.
5. Contribute to the Retail buying process and order review, and place worldwide bulk orders.
6. Collaborate on in-store assortments with Collection Merchandising, Demand Planning, and the Commercial Department.
7. Design product launch strategies in collaboration with the Commercial Department and Demand Planning.
8. Collaborate with Visual Merchandising and Training teams to share key messages and strategies.
9. Define products for communication channels in collaboration with Retail Excellence and Communication.

1. First experience in a Sales Merchandising or Buying role (retail).
2. Dynamic, flexible, and analytical.
3. Strong relationship capabilities and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. True sensibility to product and brand identity.
5. Fluent in English and French.

1. Proficiency in Excel.
2. Comfortable with numbers.

First experience in a Sales Merchandising or Buying role (retail).
