Balenciaga RTW Product VIC / VIP Developer & Coordinator Apprentice

- Assist in the management of VIC, VIP, and special order projects.
- Update PLM data, including codification, creation, and tracking of bill of materials.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders regarding material availability, costs, and production capacities.
- Initiate production processes, oversee shipments, and manage receptions.
- Maintain tracking tables for launches, trim and fabric purchases, and delivery schedules.
- Liaise with manufacturers and production partners.
- Participate in the reception and quality control of prototypes, coordinating alterations if necessary.
- Archive projects, prototypes, and documents in PLM.
- Provide administrative and logistical support, including preparation of production sheets, invoice tracking, and workshop hours management.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects with a comprehensive view of product development.
- First experience in a development department, ideally through an internship.
- Sensitivity and curiosity towards the fashion and luxury industry.
- Autonomy, meticulousness, and organizational skills.
- Versatility and team spirit.
- Bilingual in English; Italian is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Knowledge of PLM is advantageous.
- Ideal work-study rhythm: 4 days in the company / 1 day in training.
