1. Assist in the development of collections, including updating delivery timelines, model creation, and liaising with suppliers and manufacturers.
2. Coordinate the release of materials for prototypes and collection rehearsals.
3. Monitor various stages in the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.
4. Prepare products and tools necessary for collection fittings.
5. Track the collection plan using Excel or PLM software.
6. Draft technical and material specification sheets.
7. Manage the preparation, tracking, and receipt of packages.

1. Previous internship experience in a similar role.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Knowledge of PLM software is advantageous.
3. Fluency in English is essential.
4. Proficiency in Italian is a plus.
