1. Oversee and implement quality parameters and control procedures.
2. Create detailed reports on production quality performance.
3. Supervise the Finished Product Quality Control Team and provide support as needed.
4. Collaborate with various departments to improve production processes and ensure quality outcomes.
5. Manage decision-making timelines related to quality issues in coordination with other departments at HQ.
6. Produce necessary reports on quality controls conducted.
7. Report any quality anomalies to the RTW Production Director.
8. Supervise aftersales team activities in managing returns.
9. Coordinate with external companies responsible for part of the quality control activities.

1. Significant experience (5 years) in RTW quality control.
2. Previous experience managing a team of RTW quality control technicians.
3. Strong technical expertise in apparel with a pragmatic business approach.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for reporting and analysis.
5. Preferably an academic background in industrial and quality processes.
6. Fluent in English.
7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Strong interpersonal skills.
9. Excellent management skills.
10. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

A minimum of 5 years of significant experience in RTW quality control, with prior experience in managing a team of quality control technicians.
