1. Oversee and coordinate the entire collection development process from the artistic director's brief to collection industrialization.
2. Define and monitor the seasonal timeline.
3. Organize and attend fitting sessions with the artistic direction.
4. Ensure individual follow-up for each designer and collaborate closely with merchandising to keep them informed of collection progress.
5. Create ad-hoc collection documents as needed by the artistic direction.
6. Organize and attend collection presentations, including planning, note-taking, and tracking of canceled pieces.
7. Coordinate the preparation space for fashion shows and track the delivery of pieces post-collection presentation.
8. Communicate standardization comments to designers, development, merchandising, and production during show preparation.
9. Create and update the temporary exit list with look compositions, specifications, and model assignments, and disseminate to departments. Report the final exit list in PLM software and distribute accordingly.
10. Coordinate the packaging of looks the day before the show and manage backstage dressing.
11. Track delivery of pieces post-collection presentation/styling.
12. Communicate standardization comments to designers, development, merchandising, and production.

1. 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in fashion collection coordination.

3. Team player with a strong sense of priorities.
4. Fluent in English.

3 to 5 years of experience in fashion collection coordination or a similar role.
