3. Select and mask images with precision.
4. Enhance the quality and consistency of all images.
5. Maintain and archive creative assets following established naming conventions and filing systems.
6. Possess comprehensive knowledge of studio photography and lighting practices.
7. Perform on-set retouching when required.
8. Adapt formats as necessary.

1. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a photo retoucher in a fashion house or agency.
2. Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
3. Understanding of visual concept direction and enthusiasm for video and photo production.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5. Commitment to delivering high-quality visual content for print and online.
6. Balance of creative, technical, and analytical thinking.
7. Highly organized, professional, diligent, and reliable team player.
8. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Capture One.
