1. Retouch all creative assets ensuring high-quality images in line with Balenciaga’s visual identity.
2. Apply a keen eye for detail and solid grasp of color theory.
3. Perform confident color correction and manage color profiles.
4. Select and mask images with advanced skills.
5. Monitor and enhance the quality and consistency across all images.
6. Maintain, back-up, and archive creative assets.
7. Possess comprehensive knowledge of studio photography and lighting practices.
8. Conduct on-set retouching if required.
9. Adapt formats as needed.

1. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a photo retoucher in a similar environment.
2. Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
3. Good understanding of visual concept direction.
4. Enthusiasm for video and photo production.
5. Ability to handle multiple projects and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
6. Dedication to delivering high-quality visual content.
7. Excellent balance between creative, technical, and analytical thinking.
8. Highly organized, professional attitude, diligent, and reliable team player.

1. Proficient expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Capture One.

A minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a photo retoucher in a fashion house or agency.
