- Collaborate with Paris headquarters to align training with global brand standards.
- Conduct in-store field coaching to enhance retail staff performance.
- Design and develop high-quality training materials, including multimedia aids.
- Evaluate staff performance through field coaching and provide improvement recommendations.
- Visit stores to assess training needs and design tailored programs.
- Implement and follow up on the Mystery Shopper Program.
- Work closely with Retail teams, Merchandising, and Store Managers to achieve brand goals.
- Deliver comprehensive training on products, brand, materials, systems, and sales techniques.
- Track training hours and KPIs for reporting and impact assessment.
- Manage and develop team members to enhance team capabilities.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a luxury fashion brand as shop staff.
- Previous experience as a senior trainer or training manager.
- Native-level proficiency in Japanese and business-level English.
- Experience in people and team management.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to travel frequently within Japan and overseas.
- Proactive and eager to embrace new challenges.
A minimum of five years in a luxury fashion brand, with experience in training management and team leadership.
