Balenciaga Retail Training Manager

- Lead the development and implementation of the global retail training strategy, enhancing client experience and commercial performance.
- Design and deploy engaging retail training tools, animations, and workshops for worldwide retail teams.
- Identify opportunities for synergy with other departments and promote best practice sharing across all retail teams.
- Develop a cohesive retail training community across regions and training levels, from headquarters to local trainers and in-store ambassadors.
- Monitor training rollout in collaboration with regional training and management teams.
- Cultivate a culture of strategic coaching and feedback among store managers to drive performance and elevate client experience.
- Manage, engage, and develop retail training teams at both headquarters and regional levels.
- 10 years of experience in training design, development, and deployment or management experience in luxury retail.
- Previous experience in a global retail environment in a similar position is preferred.
- Strong passion for fostering a learning culture and talent development.
- Ability to travel internationally.
- Strong project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Photoshop, and digital tools.
- Excellent command of English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment with numerous interactions.
- Capability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and adapt to different requests.
A minimum of 10 years in training design, development, and deployment or management experience in luxury retail is required.
