Balenciaga Retail Training Manager

1. Lead the development and implementation of the global retail training strategy, enhancing client experience and commercial performance.
2. Design and deploy engaging retail training tools, animations, and workshops for worldwide retail teams.
3. Identify opportunities for synergy with other departments and promote best practice sharing across all retail teams.
4. Develop a cohesive retail training community across regions and training levels, from headquarters to local trainers and in-store ambassadors.
5. Monitor training rollout in collaboration with regional training and management teams.
6. Cultivate a culture of strategic coaching and feedback among store managers to drive performance and elevate client experience.
7. Manage, engage, and develop retail training teams at both headquarters and regional levels.

1. 10 years of experience in training design, development, and deployment or management experience in luxury retail.
2. Previous experience in a global retail environment in a similar position is preferred.
3. Strong passion for fostering a learning culture and talent development.
4. Ability to travel internationally.

1. Strong project management skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Photoshop, and digital tools.
3. Excellent command of English.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment with numerous interactions.
5. Capability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and adapt to different requests.

A minimum of 10 years in training design, development, and deployment or management experience in luxury retail is required.
