1. Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy for worldwide retail teams to enhance client experience and commercial performance.
2. Create and deploy engaging retail training tools, animations, and workshops.
3. Identify opportunities for synergy with other departments and promote best practice sharing.
4. Establish a consistent approach to learning across all retail teams.
5. Develop a cohesive retail training community across various regions and training levels.
6. Monitor the rollout of training initiatives in collaboration with regional training and management teams.
7. Foster a culture of strategic coaching and feedback among store managers to drive performance.
8. Manage and develop retail training teams at both headquarters and regional levels.

1. Minimum of 10 years' experience in training design, development, and deployment or management in luxury retail.
2. Previous experience in a global retail environment in a similar position is preferred.
3. Strong passion for fostering a learning culture and developing talent.
4. Ability to travel internationally.

1. Strong project management skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Photoshop, and digital tools.
3. Excellent command of English.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment with numerous interactions.
5. Capacity to work under pressure and adapt to tight schedules and varying requests.

A minimum of 10 years in training design, development, and deployment or management experience in luxury retail is required.
