- Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy for worldwide retail teams to enhance client experience and commercial performance.
- Create and deploy engaging retail training tools, animations, and workshops.
- Identify opportunities for synergy with other departments and promote best practice sharing.
- Establish a consistent approach to learning across all retail teams.
- Develop a cohesive retail training community across various regions and training levels.
- Monitor the rollout of training initiatives in collaboration with regional training and management teams.
- Foster a culture of strategic coaching and feedback among store managers to drive performance.
- Manage and develop retail training teams at both headquarters and regional levels.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in training design, development, and deployment or management in luxury retail.
- Previous experience in a global retail environment in a similar position is preferred.
- Strong passion for fostering a learning culture and developing talent.
- Ability to travel internationally.
- Strong project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Photoshop, and digital tools.
- Excellent command of English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment with numerous interactions.
- Capacity to work under pressure and adapt to tight schedules and varying requests.
A minimum of 10 years in training design, development, and deployment or management experience in luxury retail is required.
