1. Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive training strategy for global retail teams to enhance client experience and commercial performance.
2. Assess, design, and deploy engaging retail training tools, animations, and workshops in alignment with the Retail Excellence strategy.
3. Cultivate a cohesive retail training community across all regions and levels, from headquarters to local trainers and in-store ambassadors.
4. Promote a culture of strategic coaching and feedback among store managers to drive performance and elevate client experience.
5. Manage and develop retail training teams at both headquarters and regional levels.

1. Minimum of 10 years' experience in training design, development, and deployment.
2. Previous experience in a global retail environment in a similar position is preferred.
3. Certification as an Insight Coach is advantageous.

1. Strong project management skills.
2. Proficiency in digital training and gamification.
3. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
4. Excellent command of English.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools.
