1. Adapt product training content for morning briefs, including extracting key messages and creating visual or interactive supports.
2. Coordinate the Training Ambassador Program by managing communications, organizing meetings, and supporting tool development.
3. Support training logistics by scheduling sessions, booking rooms, and managing calendars.
4. Track training participation by monitoring attendance and maintaining trackers and dashboards.
5. Assist with budget monitoring related to training expenses and reporting.
6. Translate training materials and communications in English, French, and Italian.
7. Update and organize training content libraries for accessibility to store teams.
8. Support onboarding of new retail employees.
9. Contribute to internal communications such as newsletters and updates.
10. Conduct research on retail training best practices and suggest improvements.
11. Analyze feedback from training sessions to identify areas for improvement.
12. Support the organization of internal training events or workshops.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school, fashion school, or equivalent university program.
2. Previous experience in sales, training, or marketing, ideally within the fashion or luxury industry.

1. Organized and rigorous with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team spirit.
2. Creative with a genuine interest in fashion and a keen eye for aesthetics.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint; knowledge of creative tools such as Canva and Photoshop is advantageous.
4. Excellent written and spoken English.

First experience in sales, training, or marketing, ideally in the fashion or luxury industry.

Currently enrolled in a business school, fashion school, or equivalent university program.
