- Collaborate with the Training Manager to deliver learning and coaching sessions in-store, in classrooms, and virtually.
- Implement sales techniques and the selling ceremony in alignment with the brand's global training strategy.
- Provide on-the-floor coaching and feedback to store teams, exemplifying luxury service.
- Conduct regular in-store field coaching, report findings to the Training Manager, and collaborate with Store Managers to improve results.
- Ensure training content is effectively implemented on the shop floor.
- Partner with store teams to identify training needs and develop localized training solutions to enhance business KPIs.
- Deliver orientation, service, and product training courses to retail staff with professionalism.
- Translate and proofread training materials to ensure local relevance.
- Manage training logistics, including location, time, facilities, and materials.
- Update training databases to ensure data accuracy.
- Coordinate scheduling with Store Managers to minimize disruption and maximize attendance.
- Monitor post-training performance and staff feedback to assess training effectiveness.
- Track and report on the correlation between training sessions and store KPI improvements.
- Progressive experience in training and coaching within a luxury or customer service-oriented retail environment (at least 2 years).
- High level of commercial acumen and fashion sense.
- Ability to translate brand strategy into field results.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Experience in supporting the full training cycle, including logistical preparation and database management.
At least 2 years of progressive experience in training and coaching within a luxury or customer service-oriented retail environment.
