3. Ensure global consistency of training standards with appropriate local adaptations.
4. Reinforce client experience standards and structured selling rituals across the retail network.
5. Observe in-store behaviors and provide structured feedback to drive performance improvement.
6. Facilitate training on advanced selling techniques, cross-selling, and conversion improvement.
7. Develop clienteling capabilities, CRM usage, and long-term client relationship building.
8. Support store managers in cultivating a strong coaching and feedback culture.
9. Promote understanding of retail performance indicators and commercial awareness.
10. Collect field feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of training tools and methodologies.
