1. Collaborate closely with the Training Manager, Market Directors, Store Management, and Training Ambassadors to identify training needs and tailor programs aligning with brand values.
2. Plan and execute in-store coaching sessions for retail teams, ensuring adherence to company service standards and procedures.
3. Conduct training programs aimed at fostering a positive and driven store culture.
4. Partner with the Training Manager to develop supplemental training content supporting Global Training initiatives.
5. Ensure the brand image is upheld, delivering a luxury client experience and supporting the brand's client-centric vision.
6. Ensure cohesive messaging across all Retail and Wholesale levels representing the brand.
7. Manage the delivery, quality, and cost of training programs, including planning and coordinating the training calendar, venues, and participant logistics.
8. Stay informed about new trends and tools in employee development and competitor strategies.
9. Coordinate training logistics, including calendar management, travel, venues, and participant attendance tracking.
10. Oversee training administration and maintain budgetary control.
11. Adopt a hands-on approach to training and problem-solving.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Training, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related discipline.
2. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in training and development, preferably within the retail or hospitality industry.
3. In-store selling experience to enhance Retail Training components.
4. Minimum of 1-2 years of corporate experience.

3. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including travel at least 50% of the year.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 programs and PC-based applications.

6. Self-starter with strong organizational and influencing skills, able to work autonomously.

A minimum of 3 years in training and development, with experience in retail or hospitality preferred, and at least 1-2 years of corporate experience.

Bachelor’s Degree in Training, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related discipline.

A competitive salary range from $80,000 USD to $100,000 USD, considering various factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
