Balenciaga Retail Trainer

- Collaborate closely with the Training Manager, Market Directors, Store Management, and Training Ambassadors to identify training needs and adapt programs in alignment with brand values.
- Plan and execute in-store coaching sessions for retail teams, ensuring adherence to company service standards and procedures.
- Conduct training programs to cultivate a positive, driven culture within stores.
- Partner with the Training Manager to develop supplemental training content supporting Global Training initiatives.
- Ensure the brand image is upheld and the highest level of luxury client experience is delivered, supporting the brand's client-centric vision.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all Retail and Wholesale levels representing the brand.
- Manage the delivery, quality, and cost of training programs, including planning and coordinating the training calendar, venues, and participants.
- Stay informed about new trends and tools in employee development and competitor activities.
- Coordinate training calendar, travel, logistics, venues, and participant attendance tracking.
- Manage training administration and exercise budgetary control.
- Embody a hands-on approach to training and problem-solving.
- Bachelor’s degree in Training, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in training and development, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry.
- In-store selling experience to enhance Retail Training component.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of corporate experience.
- Strong passion for fostering a learning culture and developing talents.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including travel at least 50% of the year.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 programs and comfort with PC-based applications.
- Mature, confident, positive mindset with excellent people skills to work with diverse cultures and all staff levels.
- Self-starter with solid organizational and influencing skills, able to work autonomously.
A minimum of three years in training and development, with experience in retail or hospitality preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 USD to $100,000 USD, subject to geographic differentials and individual qualifications.
