1. Execute competency building and talent development aligned with brand strategies.
2. Facilitate and implement training programs on Brand Image, Product Knowledge, Retail Excellence, and Client Journey.
3. Promote training programs to foster a performance-driven culture.
4. Collaborate with training and business managers to identify competency gaps and adapt training programs accordingly.
5. Plan and coordinate training schedules, venues, and participant logistics.
6. Conduct pre- and post-training evaluations to ensure program effectiveness and continuous improvement.
7. Monitor and measure training KPIs such as knowledge retention, employee engagement, and client experience.
8. Provide on-site coaching and support sales teams in applying their training on the sales floor.

1. Degree in Business, Training, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related field.
2. Experience in training and development, preferably within the luxury retail or hospitality sector.
3. Strong skills in needs analysis, program development, facilitation, and training delivery.
4. Mature, confident, and positive with excellent interpersonal skills.
5. Self-starter with strong organizational and influencing abilities.
6. Client-centric with a strong fashion sensibility.
7. Passionate about fostering a learning culture and talent development.
8. Fluent in English.

Previous hands-on experience in training and development, preferably in the luxury retail or hospitality industry.
