1. Execute competency building and talent development in alignment with brand strategies.
2. Facilitate the implementation of training programs, including Brand Image, Product, Retail Excellence, and Client Journey.
3. Promote training programs to cultivate a performance-driven culture.
4. Collaborate with training and business managers to identify competency gaps and adapt training programs accordingly.
5. Manage the planning and coordination of training calendars, venues, and participants.
6. Conduct pre and post-training evaluations to ensure program effectiveness and continuous improvement.
7. Monitor and measure training KPIs such as knowledge retention and employee engagement.
8. Provide on-site coaching to support sales teams in applying their training on the sales floor.

1. Degree in Business, Training, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in training and development, preferably within the luxury retail or hospitality sector.

3. Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with diverse cultures and staff levels.

7. Exceptional communication skills.
8. Fluency in English.

Previous hands-on experience in training and development, preferably in luxury retail or hospitality.

Degree in Business, Training, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related discipline.
