- Execute competency building and talent development aligned with brand strategies.
- Facilitate and implement training programs such as Brand Image, Retail Excellence, and Client Journey.
- Promote training programs to foster a performance-driven culture.
- Collaborate with training and business managers to identify training needs and adapt programs.
- Manage the planning and coordination of training sessions, including logistics.
- Conduct evaluations to ensure training effectiveness and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and measure training KPIs, including knowledge retention and employee engagement.
- Provide on-site coaching to support sales teams in applying their training.
- Degree in Business, Training, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related field.
- Experience in training and development, preferably in luxury retail or hospitality.
- Strong analytical, facilitation, and training delivery skills.
- Mature, confident, and positive with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with strong organizational and influencing abilities.
- Client-centric with a strong fashion sensibility.
- Passion for fostering a learning culture and talent development.
- Fluent in English.

Previous hands-on experience in training and development, preferably within the luxury retail or hospitality sectors.
