- Execute competency building and talent development in alignment with brand strategies.
- Facilitate the implementation of training programs focusing on brand image, product knowledge, retail excellence, and client journey.
- Promote a positive and performance-driven culture through championing training initiatives.
- Collaborate with training and business managers to analyze competency gaps and adapt training programs to meet business needs.
- Ensure regional adaptation and timely delivery of training programs designed by the central training team.
- Manage the planning and coordination of training calendars, venues, and participants.
- Conduct pre and post-training evaluations to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and measure training KPIs, including knowledge retention, employee engagement, and client experience.
- Provide on-site coaching and support sales teams in applying key learnings on the sales floor.
- Degree in Business, Training, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Previous experience in training and development, preferably in luxury retail or hospitality.
- Strong analytical skills for needs assessment and program development.
- Mature, confident, and positive mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with strong organizational and influencing abilities.
- Client-centric with a strong fashion sensibility.
- Passion for fostering a learning culture and talent development.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Northern Europe.

Previous hands-on experience in training and development within the luxury retail or hospitality industry is required.
