1. Compile and submit environmental reports to the Global CSR team.
2. Coordinate financial allocations and competitor reporting.
3. Prepare and distribute weekly operational and sales reports.
4. Manage uniform and equipment logistics for new and exiting staff.
5. Oversee packaging orders and uniform inventory management.
6. Handle store maintenance and security arrangements.
7. Facilitate staff purchase management and account setups.
8. Coordinate defective sales and update contact lists.
9. Organize store cleaning schedules and operational meetings.
10. Source vendors and support CRM logistics for events.
11. Prepare and distribute clienteling reports and dashboards.
12. Arrange client engagement meetings and manage event logistics.
13. Coordinate vendor payments and contract processes.
14. Manage office supplies and team-building activities.

1. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.

2. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
3. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Previous experience in retail operations or a similar role is preferred.
