Balenciaga Retail Operations Manager

- Strategically evaluate and enhance current systems in collaboration with the Director of Operations and retail leadership to improve operational excellence and client experience.
- Cultivate positive relationships and maintain open communication with retail leadership, store teams, and key stakeholders.
- Train and educate retail teams, including store management and operations staff, on company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners on regional retail projects.
- Provide prompt resolutions to store inquiries and conduct routine checks on operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in partnership with various departments including Retail leadership, Finance, and HR.
- Manage inventory control for designated locations and oversee stock movements.
- Monitor supply orders and support day-to-day operational matters.
- Oversee operational aspects of store projects and manage operations for store marketing events.
- Minimum 3 years of retail operational experience.
- Experience in multi-store management within a fast-paced, luxury/fashion environment.
- Proven ability to multi-task with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in POS & Inventory Management Systems, with advanced knowledge in SAP and Oracle Retail Xstore being advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks based on business needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A minimum of 3 years in retail operations, preferably within a luxury or fashion environment, with experience in multi-store management.
A competitive salary range from $110,000 USD to $120,000 USD, considering various factors such as experience and geographic location.
