Balenciaga Retail Operations Intern

- Support the implementation of global retail operations strategies.
- Assist in the determination, harmonization, and monitoring of global retail processes.
- Aid in the development of one-pagers to facilitate the adoption of key processes.
- Participate in the collection and analysis of market needs.
- Contribute to the analysis and comparison of customer experience evaluation indices.
- Assist in improving follow-up and action plans based on visit results.
- Help determine and optimize the scope of evaluations.
- Support the management of boutique uniforms and grooming guidelines.
- Participate in organizing photo shoots in collaboration with the studio and product teams.
- Assist in stock management and optimization (orders and restock requests).
- Supervise communication flows between headquarters and boutiques.
- Identify needs and issues of boutique teams.
- Contribute to the development of new tools with the MIS team.
- Participate in the adoption of new applications developed for boutique teams.
- Support the management of various retail tools (packaging, drink service, stationery, etc.).
- Assist in organizing and facilitating monthly Retail Operations meetings.
- Direct experience in retail and/or retail operations.
- Strong organizational and autonomous operational skills with adherence to deadlines.
- Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills and sociability.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Pedagogical ability to explain technical concepts simply.
- Attention to detail and rigor.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English.
Direct experience in retail and/or retail operations is required.
