- Support the implementation of global retail operations strategy.
- Assist in the development and harmonization of global retail processes.
- Aid in the creation of one-pagers to facilitate process adoption.
- Participate in gathering and analyzing market needs.
- Contribute to the analysis and comparison of customer experience indices.
- Assist in improving follow-up and action plans based on visit results.
- Help determine and optimize the scope of evaluations.
- Assist in managing store uniforms and updating grooming guidelines.
- Participate in organizing photo shoots in collaboration with the studio and product teams.
- Aid in stock management and optimization, including orders and restock requests.
- Supervise communication flows between headquarters and stores.
- Identify team needs and issues.
- Contribute to the development of new tools in collaboration with the MIS team.
- Support the adoption of new applications developed for store teams.
- Assist in managing various retail tools, including packaging and stationery.
- Help organize and animate monthly retail operations meetings.
- Coordinate monthly calls, including agenda creation and support materials.
- Direct experience in retail and/or retail operations.
- Interest in customer service and retail experience.
- Organized, autonomous, and operational with adherence to deadlines.
- Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills and sociable demeanor.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts simply and understandably.
- Meticulous with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
