1. Support the implementation of global retail operations strategy.
2. Assist in the development and harmonization of global retail processes.
3. Aid in the creation of one-pagers to facilitate process adoption.
4. Participate in gathering and analyzing market needs.
5. Contribute to the analysis and comparison of customer experience indices.
6. Assist in improving follow-up and action plans based on visit results.
7. Help determine and optimize the scope of evaluations.
8. Assist in managing store uniforms and updating grooming guidelines.
9. Participate in organizing photo shoots in collaboration with the studio and product teams.
10. Aid in stock management and optimization, including orders and restock requests.
11. Supervise communication flows between headquarters and stores.
12. Identify team needs and issues.
13. Contribute to the development of new tools in collaboration with the MIS team.
14. Support the adoption of new applications developed for store teams.
15. Assist in managing various retail tools, including packaging and stationery.
16. Help organize and animate monthly retail operations meetings.
17. Coordinate monthly calls, including agenda creation and support materials.

1. Direct experience in retail and/or retail operations.
2. Interest in customer service and retail experience.
3. Organized, autonomous, and operational with adherence to deadlines.
4. Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
5. Excellent communication skills and sociable demeanor.
6. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to explain technical concepts simply and understandably.
8. Meticulous with a strong attention to detail.
9. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
10. Fluent in English.
