1. Ensure timely and accurate cash handling and POS operations.
2. Manage customer transactions with precision and efficiency.
3. Maintain organized and tidy client checkout areas.
4. Monitor and report discrepancies in cash and credit transactions to the Accounting team.
5. Ensure consistency between Balenciaga and Department Store’s cash reports.
6. Supervise the application of the discount policy.
7. Handle merchandise returns and exchanges.
8. Manage client data collection and CRM processes.
9. Oversee administrative procedures related to merchandise flow.
10. Support omnichannel processes and inventory management.
11. Assist in monthly rota preparation and uniform orders.
12. Provide professional communication and teamwork.
13. Execute omnichannel after-sales policy and provide feedback to management.

1. 1-2 years of experience in a similar retail operations role.

1. Proficiency in cash handling and POS systems.
2. Strong organizational skills.
3. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
4. Attention to detail in transaction management.
5. Ability to manage client data effectively.

Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within retail operations.
