1. Ensure timely and accurate cash handling and POS operations.
2. Manage customer transactions efficiently and accurately.
3. Maintain organized and tidy client checkout areas.
4. Track cash and credit transactions, reporting discrepancies to the Accounting team.
5. Ensure consistency between Balenciaga and Department Store cash reports.
6. Supervise the application of the discount policy.
7. Handle merchandise returns and exchanges.
8. Manage client data collection.
9. Ensure seamless execution of the client journey with a focus on CRM and transaction moments.
10. Handle administrative procedures related to merchandise flow.
11. Check in and handle transfers.
12. Support omnichannel processes.
13. Assist with monthly and annual inventories.
14. Manage tools, packaging, and beverage orders.
15. Support Store Management with monthly rota preparation and uniform orders.
16. Provide high-quality feedback and reports to management.
17. Execute omnichannel after-sales policy and provide feedback to Store Director/Operations Manager.

Experience in retail operations or a similar role is preferred.
