Balenciaga Retail Operations Assistant

- Ensure accurate and efficient cash handling and POS operations.
- Manage customer transactions with precision and efficiency.
- Maintain organized and tidy client checkout areas.
- Monitor cash and credit transactions, reporting discrepancies to the Accounting team.
- Ensure consistency between Balenciaga and Department Store cash reports, addressing discrepancies.
- Supervise the application of discount policies.
- Handle merchandise returns and exchanges.
- Manage client data collection and CRM processes.
- Execute seamless client journeys, focusing on data collection and transaction moments.
- Handle administrative procedures related to merchandise flow, including check-ins and transfers.
- Support omnichannel processes and inventory management.
- Manage orders for tools, packaging, and beverages.
- Assist Store Management with monthly rota preparation and uniform orders.
- Provide professional communication and teamwork, offering feedback and reports to management.
- Support after-sales policies and provide feedback to Store Director/Operations Manager.
- Proven experience in retail operations or a similar role.
- Familiarity with cash handling and POS systems.
- Experience in customer service and client data management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in CRM and inventory management systems.
Candidates should have prior experience in retail operations, preferably within a luxury fashion environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
