1. Ensure accurate and efficient cash handling and POS operations.
2. Manage customer transactions with precision and efficiency.
3. Maintain organized and tidy client checkout areas.
4. Monitor cash and credit transactions, reporting discrepancies to the Accounting team.
5. Ensure consistency between Balenciaga and Department Store cash reports, addressing discrepancies.
6. Supervise the application of discount policies.
7. Handle merchandise returns and exchanges.
8. Manage client data collection and CRM processes.
9. Execute seamless client journeys, focusing on data collection and transaction moments.
10. Handle administrative procedures related to merchandise flow, including check-ins and transfers.
11. Support omnichannel processes and inventory management.
12. Manage orders for tools, packaging, and beverages.
13. Assist Store Management with monthly rota preparation and uniform orders.
14. Provide professional communication and teamwork, offering feedback and reports to management.
15. Support after-sales policies and provide feedback to Store Director/Operations Manager.

1. Proven experience in retail operations or a similar role.
2. Familiarity with cash handling and POS systems.
3. Experience in customer service and client data management.

Candidates should have prior experience in retail operations, preferably within a luxury fashion environment.
