- Oversee sales and profit objectives for directly operated retail stores in Hong Kong and Macau.
- Lead key projects and initiatives within the stores, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies.
- Collaborate with Head Office and Greater China departments to deliver consistent Balenciaga experiences.
- Manage sales operations, including expense oversight and sales target achievement.
- Conduct sales analysis and develop strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
- Cultivate strong relationships with landlords and partners to enhance business opportunities.
- Ensure exceptional client service and maintain store standards in terms of maintenance, staff grooming, and visual merchandising.
- Implement store operation policies in line with Kering group compliance standards.
- Supervise administrative duties, daily reports, and staff scheduling.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess and address operational needs.
- Optimize store expenses while adhering to corporate guidelines.
- Build and maintain key customer relationships and support CRM initiatives.
- Motivate and coach staff to align with company procedures and values.
- Identify and develop top talent within store teams, providing necessary training and feedback.
- Coordinate after-sales services and merchandise/inventory control with relevant teams.
- Collaborate with visual merchandising staff to maintain brand standards.
- Degree in Business or related discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Store Operations Management, Retail Analytics, and Project Management within the luxury sector.
- Strong commercial awareness and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Organizational and detail-oriented with problem-solving capabilities.
- Critical thinking and analytical skills for data consolidation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese.
A minimum of 8 years in Store Operations Management, Retail Analytics, and Project Management within the luxury sector, with practical experience in the Hong Kong and Macau markets.
Degree in Business or related discipline.
